![]() ![]() None of these seem to be sterngewehrs (with the actual star), though they might be along those lines, as you might note studying Erfurt sterngewehr production ( most are Erfurt receiver, but some Spandau's are known - acceptance, FP, style of star determine assembler), all the 1915 Erfurt's are much like the first (no suffix) 1916 Erfurt's, they are much the same (lacking a star) and the serialing "generally" matches up where 1915 stops ( 461x is out of this pattern but close enough to the earliest 1916's to be part of the production run, - it is well established rifles with prior dates falling into the following years production). Stock EWB'd, and the above do not seem to have such a marking. The forth one is a KCN report, almost certainly a different rifle, but no serial number recorded. ![]()
